Blue Kyanite – The Stone of Guidance
CHAKRA: THROAT, 3RD EYE
A stone of guidance, Blue Kyanite is an excellent crystal for attunement and mediation. It aligns all the chakras, balancing the yin-yang energy and moving a calming energy throughout the body. It is a powerful transmitter of high frequencies energies, cutting through fears and blockages and encouraging you to speak the truth. Kyanite is unique in that it does not hold negative energy, and thus never requires cleaning.
If you are feeling self-conscious or under-confident, this is the stone for you. The Blue Kyanite resonates with your third eye and throat chakra so you are ready to express yourself freely, blading through confusion, illusion and anger to seek logical thoughts and stimulate your higher mind. It connects you to your spirit guides so that you are able to express yourself fully. For this reason, it is a very popular stone amongst performers, public speakers, and teachers, as it strengthens the voice and heals the throat and the larynx.
