CHAKRAS: Heart
The stone of the heart, with its gentle pink hue and pearly essence, has been one of the most popular stones since ancient times. The crystal of Venus, the Goddess of Love and Beauty, the Rose Quartz embodies the purest and most sincere of all emotions – love. It caters to all matters of the heart, beginning from self-love and acceptance, and radiating its divine energy to encompass all your relations and the entire aura, filling it with passion and positive communication. This is why it is considered to be the most nurturing crystal in the crystal kingdom, as it speaks directly to the heart chakra, opening it to a new level of adoration, compassion, forgiveness and acceptance.
How to use:
Home/bedroom: Place rose quartz in bedroom to create a loving and intimate space for you and your partner.
Healing: When feeling emotionally low, hold a rose quartz on your chest and visualize a gentle white radiating light filling your heart with warmth.
Because of its feminine and mothering nature, the Rose Quartz is a great crystal to have during pregnancy and after childbirth.
