PEACE | TRANQUILITY | BALANCE | HAPPINESS
CHAKRA: 3rd Eye + CROWN
If we were to recommend just one crystal for the times we are living in, it would be this one. Lepidolite works as a perfect anchor for balancing your emotions, making you feel more centered and in control. Known as the ‘Stone of transition,’ it helps us maneuver our way through transitions with self-love, patience and optimism, and the hope that everything will turn out fine. It has a calm and soothing energy that promotes tranquility, gratitude and abundance.
Lepidolite is high in lithium content, which is the same mineral used in mood-stabilizing medications today, and it does not require any prescription. Its intense purple color evokes the most powerful Source light, providing balance and harmony between all elements and aspects of your life. Lepidolite promotes spiritual transcendence and cosmic awareness, allowing you to be at peace with everything and thus reducing anxiety and stress.
How to use:
Keep it in your bedroom to bring peace and harmony. Keep on your bedside table to allow you to wake up feeling rested and rejuvenated. Place under pillow for relief from sleep disturbances.
